Search & Screening
Developia searches and screens suitable professionals from our verified talent pool.
Recommendation
Developia recommends the best-matched professional and arrangement for your child.
Trial Session
A trial session is held with the recommended professional. If it isn’t the right fit, Developia recommends another professional at no extra charge.
Placement & Support
Formal placement is established, and tailored support begins under your chosen arrangement.

Once the right professional is placed, we support you either through direct family handover with a guarantee, or continuous hands-on program management.
Recruitment / Matching Only
Developia screens and matches the right professional. Once placed, we monitor for one month. If everything is stable, your family works directly with the educator.

1-Month Placement Guarantee:
Developia actively monitors during the first month. If the professional leaves or an issue arises, Developia finds a replacement at no extra cost.

Developia actively helps develop the professional's teaching approach and custom learning materials as your child evolves.
