Once the right professional is placed, we support you either through direct family handover with a guarantee, or continuous hands-on program management.
Path A1-Month Placement Guarantee
Recruitment / Matching Only
Developia screens and matches the right professional. Once placed, we monitor for one month. If everything is stable, your family works directly with the educator.
Covers:
Needs assessment → Search & screening → Matching → Trial session → Placement.
1-Month Placement Guarantee:
Developia actively monitors during the first month. If the professional leaves or an issue arises, Developia finds a replacement at no extra cost.

Every educator and caregiver goes through a rigorous vetting process including structured interviews, background checks, reference verification, and skill evaluations before joining our network.
We evaluate your child’s learning profile, personality, schedule, and family values, then match you with an educator whose approach aligns with your specific needs.
Under Recruitment / Matching Only, Developia screens and matches the professional with a 1-month monitoring and replacement guarantee; after month one, you work directly with them. Under the Developia Managed Program, Developia continuously designs the curriculum, manages schedules, supervises the educator, and communicates progress throughout.
If a trial session isn’t the right match for your child, Developia recommends another professional without charging any additional matching fee.
Yes. Inclusive support is foundational to Developia. We provide experienced shadow teachers, developmental support specialists, and learning assistants skilled in neurodivergent care.
Our Learning Space in Kerobokan, Bali, offers small group learning (up to 5 children) with individualized goals, featuring a morning academic program and an afternoon developmental enrichment program.
